Cows & Bulls I’ve Met Along The Way..

Cows and bulls are wonderful creatures, here are a few I’ve met on my travels..

Did you know, a person who has a fascination or affection for cows can be referred to as a "bovinophile" or a "taurophile."

Daisy and her dog friend, eyeing me with curiosity..

These two bulls kicking up a storm while dueling for dominance. Then a third bull charged in and broke up the fight, sending these two scurrying away..

Just finished mowing the rugby field, with his ever-present tickbird pal..

A quick whistle to draw their attention..

I waited for ages for these three to separate for the shot (there is a calf behind the mother), but after about 15 mins decided to move on. I had a destination to be at ie Langebaan, in time for Xmas Eve dinner. The trip had already taken me 12 hours, for what should be a 5-hour journey!

Storming off..

This old butchery building initially attracted my attention, and met this inquisitive but cautious cow.
